Road Traffic Offences

In 2019, the Road Traffic Act 1961 was amended to enhance punishments for drink driving and road traffic offences generally. Whilst first-time drink drivers may expect a fine, second-time drink drivers or first-time drink drivers who cause an accident are likely to face jail time.
