Drug Trafficking
Zuraimy bin Musa was accused of sharing in the common intention of his co-accused, Moad Fadzir Bin Mustaffa, to traffic four bundles of heroin. He was acquitted of drug trafficking and convicted on a lesser charge of abetment of drug possession.
To "traffic" is to sell, give, administer, transport, send, deliver or distribute, or to offer to do any of the above. Singapore still retains the death penalty for trafficking in controlled drugs above a certain quantity.
